Don Fritch is a staple of Dover's community serving as a volunteer for various Dover recreation sports over the last 10 years including as Director of Dover Recreation Basketball, President of Dover Area Little League and commissioner of the Dover Recreation Commission for almost 10 years.

A long time Dover resident and 1981 Dover High School graduate, Fritch believes it is time to give back more to the community that has always welcomed him, his wife, and three wonderful children.
